Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Please note:
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice must pay for the missed service in full before any future booking is accepted.
Repeat Offenses: Two no-shows will result in a permanent ban from scheduling future appointments.
