Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment time, a **$50 non-refundable deposit** is required. This deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service.
I understand that life happens, and I truly value communication. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least **24 hours’ notice**. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-Shows
A **no-show** is considered an appointment missed without prior communication. Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment will be required to pay the full service balance before booking any future appointments.
Repeat No-Shows
After **two missed appointments**, future bookings will no longer be accepted.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and behind every appointment is preparation, product, and dedicated time set aside to provide you with the best possible experience.
